Completing story: Mr Ant and Mr Grasshopper

 An Ant and a Grasshopper

..................................................................

Once there lived two friends named Mr. Grasshopper and Mr. Ant. But they were different by nature from each other. Mr. Ant was very hardworking. It was a cold winter day when Mr. Ant was looking at his winter stores cheerfully. Just at that time a grasshopper came and said, "I am hungry, please save my life." ………………………..> So the grasshopper requested the ant to save his life from starvation by giving him some food.

The Ant asked him, “ What did you do during summer?” The grasshopper replied, “ I spent the whole summer singing. The ant said, "How could you spend the whole summer without doing anything? Didn't you think that if you didn't work, you would have to starve?" The grasshopper said, "l am very sorry for wasting my time and now I can realize what a blunder I made.” But the  Ant said, "Poor grasshopper, it is true we have enough for ourselves but we are not in a position to help you." Moreover, he advised the grasshopper to dance in winter since he sang in summer.

Moral of the story: Work today and you can reap the benefits tomorrow.
