Subject: Application for increasing common room facilities.

Sir,

With due respect, this is to inform you that the facilities available in our common room are not enough for the students. There are a lot of students interested in passing their free time here. But it does not provide much opportunity of enjoyment and entertainment. Due to lack of the materials of indoor games like- carom, chess, table tennis and ludu, the students cannot play any game here. Even there is no television set here which is the most common source of entertainment nowadays. There is no arrangement of keeping more dailies, weeklies, periodicals, magazines and so on. Though all these things are essential for a common room like ours, we are deprived of these facilities due to some unknown reasons.

We, therefore, pray and believe that your honour would be kind enough to take necessary steps to remove these problems and oblige us thereby.
