" P" এর কারবার!

 1. Pleased with সন্তুষ্ট I am pleased with what I have. আমার যা আছে তা নিয়েই আমি সন্তুষ্ট। 

2. Play on বাজানো She plays on violin 🎻.

3. Plead for ওকালতি করা He pleads for justice.

4. Pity for করুনা / সমব্যাথা I feel pity for the distressed 

 

5. Play at খেলা I don't play at cards.

 

6.Pay for মূল্য দেয়া you have to pay for your misdeeds

 7. Partial to পক্ষপাত The examiner should not be partial to any student.

8. Part with, part from বিচ্ছিন্ন হওয়া I can't part with this English Spoken course./ I  parted from my school friends long ago.

9. Parallel to সমান্তরাল The road runs parallel to the river.

10. Polite in,  to মার্জিত We must be polite in our dealings. One should be polite to others.

11. Popular with জনপ্রিয় The Principal is very popular to the students.  

12. Preside over সভাপতিত্ব করা The chairman presided over the meeting

13. Prefer to অধিক পছন্দ করা  She prefers coffee to tea.

14. prevent from বাধা দেওয়া His father prevent him from smoking. 

15. Pride in গর্ব অনুভব করা She takes great pride in her appearance.

16. Proud of গর্বিত They were proud of their children's achievements.

17. Pride on গর্ব করা  The restaurant prides itself on having the best pizza in town.

18. Pretend to ভান করা Please don't pretend to be good to me. I'm so naive that I will take it seriously.

19.  Provide with যোগান দেওয়া We provided the flood victims with food and clothing.

20. Promote to পদোন্নতি করা My uncle has recently been promoted to the post of Colonel.
