With due respect, I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that I am a student of class VII of your reputed institution. I have been studying in your college for last 7 years. But recently my father who is a govt. employee has been transferred from here to Khulna. My family has already been shifted there. So, I am in a great trouble to continue my studies in this college. Moreover, I have no relative in this city with whom I can reside and continue my studies free of tension. I tried to live in a nearby mess and continue my studies. The environment of that place is not suitable for me. So, I fervently request you to issue me a transfer certificate as soon as possible so that I can admit myself into another school there.


In the light of above circumstances, I may pray and hope that you would be kind enough to issue me a transfer certificate and oblige thereby.

But recently my father who is a govt. employee has been transferred from here to Rajshahi. So it has become so tough for me to continue my studies without a seat in the college hostel. It may be mentioned here that I have no relative in this city with whom I can reside and continue my studies in this institution. I tried to reside in a mess for some days and continue my studies. But the environment there is not suitable at all for a student like me. So, I am badly in need of a seat in the college hostel as soon as possible. Otherwise, my studies will be greatly hampered.


I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to allot me a seat in the college hostel and oblige thereby.
