📘 Degree of Comparison – Easy English + āĻŦাংāϞা (Grammar Tips)

✅ 1. Comparative Degree-āĻāϰ āĻĒāϰে āϏাāϧাāϰāĻŖāϤ "than" āĻŦāϏে।

āĻ•িāύ্āϤু āĻ•িāĻ›ু Latin Comparative Words-āĻāϰ āĻĒāϰে than āύāϝ়, to āĻŦāϏে।

📌 āĻāĻ—ুāϞো āĻŽāύে āϰাāĻ–ুāύ:

Senior to = āϏিāύিāϝ়āϰ

Junior to = āϜুāύিāϝ়āϰ

Superior to = āĻļ্āϰেāώ্āĻ  / āωāϤ্āϤāĻŽ

Inferior to = āύিāĻ•ৃāώ্āϟ / āύিāĻŽ্āύāĻŽাāύেāϰ

Prefer A to B = A-āĻ•ে B-āĻāϰ āϚেāϝ়ে āĻŦেāĻļি āĻĒāĻ›āύ্āĻĻ āĻ•āϰা

Examples: ✔ He is senior to me.

✔ I am junior to him.

✔ This product is superior to that one.

✔ Your result is inferior to mine.

✔ I prefer reading to writing.

Traditional Grammar āĻ…āύুāϝাāϝ়ী than-āĻāϰ āĻĒāϰে Subject (Nominative Case) āĻŦ্āϝāĻŦāĻšাāϰ āĻ•āϰা āωāϤ্āϤāĻŽ।

✔ He is taller than I (am).

✘ He is taller than me. (Formal Grammar āĻ…āύুāϝাāϝ়ী āĻ­ুāϞ; āϤāĻŦে Spoken English-āĻ "than me" āĻ–ুāĻŦāχ āĻĒ্āϰāϚāϞিāϤ।)

Example:
