1. Clear Topic Sentence

2. Unity


Ensure all sentences in the paragraph are related to the main idea. Avoid including unrelated information.



3. Supporting Details


Provide relevant examples, facts, explanations, or evidence to support your topic sentence. These details should enhance the reader's understanding.



4. Logical Flow


Arrange ideas in a logical order. Use transition words like firstly, moreover, however, therefore, and finally to connect ideas smoothly.



5. Conciseness


Keep sentences clear and concise. Avoid unnecessary repetition or overly complex sentences.



6. Variety in Sentence Structure


Use a mix of simple, compound, and complex sentences to make the paragraph more engaging and easier to read.



7. Concluding Sentence


End with a concluding sentence that summarizes the main idea or leaves a strong impression on the reader.



8. Proper Grammar and Spelling


Ensure the paragraph is free from grammatical errors and spelling mistakes. Proper punctuation also enhances readability.
