āĻিāύ্āϤু subject third person āĻšāϝ়েāĻ āϝāĻĻি plural number(āĻŦāĻšুāĻŦāĻāύ) āĻšāϝ় āϤাāĻšāϞে verb āĻāϰ āϏাāĻĨে s/es āϝুāĻ্āϤ āĻšāϝ় āύা ।
āϝেāĻŽāύ:
āϤাāĻšাāϰা āĻাāϤ āĻাāϝ় - They eat rice.
āĻŽাāĻšি āĻ āĻাāĻী āĻাāύ āĻাāϝ় - Mahi and Zaki sing a song.

3. Past or future Tense āĻšāϞে verb āĻāϰ āϏাāĻĨে s/es āϝুāĻ্āϤ āĻšāϝ় āύা । āϏেāĻ্āώেāϤ্āϰে āϏেāĻ Tense āĻāϰ structure āĻ āύুāϝাāϝ়ী verb āĻŦāϏāĻŦে ।
4. Modal verb āϝেāĻŽāύ: can,could,may,might,shall,should,will,would,dare,need,ought to,have to, must, dare āĻāϰ āĻĒāϰে verb āĻāϰ āϏাāĻĨে āĻোāύ āĻিāĻু āϝোāĻ āύা āĻšāϝ়ে verb āĻāϰ present form āĻŦāϏāĻŦে ।

7. Since āĻāϰ āĻĻুāĻ āĻĒাāĻļে āϝāĻĻি āĻĻুāĻি āĻোāĻ āĻŦাāĻ্āϝ āĻ āĻĨāĻŦা clause āĻĨাāĻে āϤাāĻšāϞে āĻĒ্āϰāĻĨāĻŽ āĻŦাāĻ্āϝāĻিāϰ verb āĻšāĻŦে present perfect Tense āĻāϰ āĻāĻŦং āĻāĻŦং āĻĻ্āĻŦিāϤীāϝ় āĻŦাāĻ্āϝāĻিāϰ verb āĻšāĻŦে past indefinite.

✔ Cort:-Ten years have passed since he left the village.

Correct: Two days have passed away since he died.
8. Since āϝāĻāύ Adverb āĻšিāϏাāĻŦে āĻŦāϏে ago(āĻāĻে) āĻāϰ āĻŽāϤ āĻ āϰ্āĻĨ āĻĒ্āϰāĻাāĻļ āĻāϰে āϤāĻāύ āĻāĻ since āĻāϰ āĻāĻে āĻāĻāĻি Adverb of time āĻŦāϏে āĻāĻŦং verb āĻāϰ past indefinite Tense āĻšāϝ় ।

9. Before āĻŽাāύে āĻšāϞ "āĻāĻে" । āĻāϰ āĻāĻে verb āĻāϰ past perfect tense(had + verb āĻāϰ past participle) āĻŦāϏে । āĻāĻŦাāϰ after āĻŽাāύে āĻšāϞ "āĻĒāϰে" । āĻāϰāĻĒāϰে past perfect tense (had + verb āĻāϰ past participle) āĻŦāϏে ।
āϝেāĻŽāύ:
āĻĄাāĻ্āϤাāϰ āĻāϏাāϰ āĻāĻে āϰোāĻীāĻি āĻŽাāϰা āĻেāϞ : The patient had died before the doctor came
āĻĄাāĻ্āϤাāϰ āĻāϏাāϰ āĻĒāϰে āϰোāĻীāĻি āĻŽাāϰা āĻেāϞ : The patient died after the doctor had come
10. āĻŦāϰ্āϤāĻŽাāύে āĻোāύ āĻাāĻ āϏāĻŽ্āĻĒāύ্āύ āĻšāϝ়েāĻে āĻāϰুāĻĒ āĻ āύুāĻŽাāύ āĻŦুāĻাāϞে āϤāĻāύ verb āĻāϰ future perfect tense (Subject + shall / will + have + verb(past participle) ) ।
āϝেāĻŽāύ:
āϏে āĻšāϝ়āϤ (āύিāĻļ্āĻিāϤ āĻ āύুāĻŽাāύ) āĻāϤāĻ্āώāύে āϏিāϰাāĻāĻāĻ্āĻ āĻĒৌāĻে āĻেāĻে - He will have reached Sirajganj by this time.
āϞāĻ্āώ্āϝ āĻāϰ: āĻāĻাāύে by this time - āĻĻ্āĻŦাāϰা āĻŦāϰ্āϤāĻŽাāύ āĻাāϞ āĻŦুāĻাāĻ্āĻে । āĻ āĻĨāĻ verb āĻāϰ future perfect tense āĻŦ্āϝāĻŦāĻšৃāϤ āĻšāϞ । āϤাāϰ āĻŽাāύে āĻāĻ āύāϝ় āϝে āĻাāĻāĻি future āĻāϰ, āĻ āύুāĻŽাāύ āĻĒ্āϰāĻাāĻļ āĻāϰāϤে āĻেāϞে future perfect tense āĻāϰুāĻĒে āĻŦāϰ্āϤāĻŽাāύāĻে āĻŦুāĻাāϤে āĻĒাāϰে ।
11. Lest āĻĻ্āĻŦাāϰা āĻĻুāĻি clause āϝুāĻ্āϤ āĻšāϞে āĻĒāϰāĻŦāϰ্āϤী clause āĻāϰ verb āĻāϰ āĻāĻে should āĻŦāϏে । āĻ verb āĻিāϰ negative āϰুāĻĒ āĻŦ্āϝāĻŦāĻšাāϰ āĻāϰা āϝাāϝ় āύা ।

Run fast lest(āĻĒাāĻে, āύāĻāϞে) you should miss the train.

13. āĻ āϤীāϤāĻাāϞে āĻোāύ āĻাāĻ āĻāĻেāĻে āĻāϰুāĻĒ āύিāĻļ্āĻিāϤ āĻ āύুāĻŽাāύ āĻŦুāĻাāϤে must have + verb āĻāϰ past participle āĻŦ্āϝāĻŦāĻšৃāϤ āĻšāϝ় ।
āϝেāĻŽāύ:
He didn't go to school yesterday , He must have been ill.
āϏে āĻāϤāĻাāϞ āϏ্āĻুāϞে āϝাāϝ়āύি , āύিāĻļ্āĻāϝ়āĻ āϏে āĻ āϏুāϏ্āĻĨ āĻĨাāĻāĻŦে ।
14. āĻোāύ āĻাāĻŽāύা (wish, desire) āĻŦুāĻাāϤে subject āĻāϰ āĻāĻে may āĻŦāϏে । āĻāĻŽāύ āĻŦাāĻ্āϝāĻিāĻে āĻŦāϞে optative sentence.
āϝেāĻŽāύ:
May you be happy - āϤুāĻŽি āϏুāĻী āĻšāĻ ।
May Allah bless you - āĻāϞ্āϞাāĻš āϤোāĻŽাāϰ āĻŽāĻ্āĻāϞ āĻāϰুāύ ।
15. As if, as though āĻĻ্āĻŦাāϰা āĻĻুāĻāĻি clause āϝুāĻ্āϤ āĻšāϞে āĻĒ্āϰāĻĨāĻŽ clause āĻিāϰ verb present tense āĻāϰ āĻšāϞেāĻ āĻĒāϰāĻŦāϰ্āϤী clause āĻিāϰ verb āĻāϰ past indefinite tense āĻšāϝ় ।
āϝেāĻŽāύ:
He talks as if he were(was āύāϝ়) mad - āϏে āĻĒাāĻāϞেāϰ āĻŽāϤ āĻāĻĨা āĻŦāϞে ।
He behaves as if he owned the house - āϏে āĻāĻŽāύāĻাāĻŦে āĻāĻĨা āĻŦāϞে āϝেāύ āϏে āĻŦাāĻĄ়িāĻিāϰ āĻŽাāϞিāĻ ।
16. A). No sooner had +sub+verb(past participle)+ than + Past indefinite tense.
B). Scarcely had + sub + verb(past participle) + When + Past indefinite tense.
C). Hardly had + sub + verb(past participle) + When + Past indefinite tense.
